Salon Guidelines

  • A credit card is required to secure your booking.

  • New Guests: A thorough consultation is required before booking any service. [Consult here →]

  • Existing Guests: If it’s been longer than 12 weeks since your last color appointment, please complete a Digital Re-Consultation and book as a New Guest.

  • Booking Window: I book 90 days out on a rolling basis (each day opens availability 90 days ahead).

  • Haircuts: I only provide haircuts to guests who have a color appointment booked.

  • Arrival: Please arrive with enough time to change into a smock, enjoy a beverage, and be ready to begin at your scheduled start time.

  • Hair Preparation: For a smooth service experience, arrive with clean, dry, and tangle-free hair.
    If you wear extensions, please have them removed prior to your visit. (I do not install or remove extensions.)

  • Guests & Environment: To maintain a calm, focused environment, please come to your appointment alone.
    Unattended children under 13 and pets are not permitted in the salon.

  • Cancellations: I have a 48-hour cancellation policy.
    Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment will incur a charge equal to the services booked in order to rebook.

  • Punctuality: Arriving on time ensures the best experience. Late arrivals may result in an incomplete service.

  • Attire: Feel free to bring an extra article of clothing as a precaution.
    While I work cleanly and carefully, occasional color droplets may occur. I cannot be held responsible for stained clothing.
