New Guest Booking Guidelines

1. Start with the Online Consultation
   Visit the “New Guest” section and complete the online consultation form in full. This helps me understand your hair history, goals, and ensure we’re a great fit before booking.

2. Personal Review
   I personally review each consultation within one business day (Tuesday–Friday). If I need additional details—or if an in-person patch test is required—I’ll reach out directly.

3. Booking Your First Visit
   Once I have everything I need, I’ll guide you on exactly which service to book for your first appointment. After scheduling, you’ll receive a few personalized welcome messages from me with everything you’ll need—like how to find my private studio and what to expect when you arrive.

4. If No Openings Are Available
   My schedule often books 2–12 weeks in advance, but cancellations do occur. If you don’t see a time that works for you, please add your name to the waitlist. Detailed instructions can be found here

During your appointment we will discuss what upkeep is needed to keep your color fresh and you will be able to book with ease online. If you find that any color adjustments are needed, kindly contact me within one week, and I will be delighted to make that adjustment.
