I know visiting a new stylist can feel a bit overwhelming, and you likely have some questions. I want you to feel completely confident and excited for your visit, so I’ve put together answers to the most common questions new guests ask:
What to Expect at Your First Visit
Where should I park and how do I find the salon?
The salon is located at 6464 E Northwest Hwy 127, Suite #143, Dallas, TX 75214, inside the Medallion Center.
The entrance faces Northwest Highway and is on the corner of the building—between Target and Kohl’s. If you're standing in front of Target (on the Northwest Highway side), the entrance is just to the right of Pet Supplies Plus and Down to Play.
There is plenty of free parking available in the Medallion Center lot. For easiest access, park near the Northwest Highway side of the plaza.
As you enter through the main entrance, my suite is located on the interior—just steps inside the front door. Suite #143 is the first door on the right after you pass the first hallway.
How do I know I’ll be happy with my hair?
That’s my #1 priority. Your visit begins with a thorough 15-minute consultation, where we’ll discuss your hair history, current concerns, and goals for this appointment and beyond. If anything doesn’t feel quite right, we’ll keep the conversation going until we’re both confident in the plan.
How long will my appointment take and what does it cost?
Here’s a general guide to help you plan your visit:
COVERME – starts at 2¼ hours
COLORME – starts at 30 minutes
FLASHCOLOR – starts at 2 hours
BRIGHTENME – starts at 2½ hours
LIGHTENME– starts at 3½ hours
FACEFRAME– starts at 2 hours
DEEPFUSION – starts at 2½ hours
NOUVEAUCOLOR –only booked by me but starts at 1 hour and may take up to 4+ hours depending on the service plan

There are no hidden fees. The only time your total may change is if you adjust your services during the consultation.I honor my schedule carefully, so you can expect to start and finish on time. Please plan to arrive on time so we can make the most of our time together.
